The country your account is based out of determines your deletion method. Some countries offer an easy deletion where other countries require you to email Zulily customer service at email@example.com and request account deletion. To check to see if your country offers an easy deletion option please follow the steps below.

Zulily will review your close request. Please allow up to one month for account deletion.

Your account and all of your account details will be erased. This includes details regarding any past orders, store credits and gift cards connected with your account. If you would like to use any remaining store credits or gift cards connected with your account, please be sure to do that before closing and erasing your account. We will not be able to recover this information once it is deleted. You will lose access to your zulily account, including past orders, favorite brands, invites, waitlist items, store credits and gift cards (as described above).
Depending on what country you opened your account in will determine if your account has a delete option. If you do not see a delete option in your account information page please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
