Deleting your Yubo account is easy. You can delete your account from within the mobile app or submit a request to customer service from your computer browser. Follow the steps below to delete your account.

Open the Yubo app and login to your account

Tap the profile icon on the top right

Click here to open the Yubo contact page. Enter your** email address associated with your Yubo account, your *phone number *or **username, and chose** I want to delete my account **under type of request.

Enter a deletion request under the description section and then click submit.
