Step #2: Click the profile icon on the top right
Step #3: Click help
Step #4: Click the *computer image *that says Walmart.com under contact us
Step #5: Click shopping at Walmart.com under choose your topic
Step #6: Click manage account under what can we help you with
Step #7: Click email
Step #8: Fill in your information and type I would like to delete my account under reasons for contacting us then click submit
Step #9: Click ask agent for help
Step #10: Copy confirmation code to reference to customer service
Once this process is complete, Walmart will call you or send you a confirmation email letting you know that your account has been deleted.
