Send legal emailThere is no option for deleting your Staples account. You must remove your email associated with the account to mimic account deletion. Simply login to your account profile and change the email address to @invalid.com. Please follow the steps below to make your account useless to Staples.
Step #1: Click here to open Staples website. If you're already logged in, doing so will open your Staples homepage.
Step #2: Click the account Icon
Step #3: Click my profile
Step #4: Click edit to change your email address
Step #5: Change email address to DeletemyData@invalid.com and click submit
Step #6: Check the fields to make sure you have changed or deleted all of your personal information
This is essentially the same as deletion since none of your personal information will be reflected on the site and Staples will no longer have access to your email address.

There is no true delete feature for Staples. To delete an online profile you must go into your account settings and manually change or delete your personal information. However, your account will delete on its own after 2-3 months of inactivity.
They are technically different but the same deletion steps apply to both. Since there is no way to delete your Staples rewards account either you will have to log in to your account and manually change or delete all of your personal information.
You must be able to login to your account to change or delete your personal information. Plus, when you change your email address you are asked to verify your password. Therefore, you must have a password to disable your account. Click here to navigate to the Staples forgotten password link.
