Step #1: Click here to open Facebook. If you're already logged in, doing so will open your Facebook homepage
Step #2: Click the downward facing arrow then click settings
Step #3: Click apps & websites from the left column
Step #4: Check the Spotify box then click remove
Step #5: Check box *then click *remove
Step #6: Click done
