Send legal emailTo delete your Livestrong.com account you must login to your account from a computer browser and send customer service a deletion request. You must include your username and email address in the deletion request. You cannot delete the app from a mobile device.
Step #1: Click here to open LIvestrong.com. If you're already logged in, doing so will open your Livestrong homepage
Step #2: Scroll down and click contact & FAQ
Step #3: Click *delete my account *under what is the nature of your inquiry
Step #4: Enter your personal contact info and type a deletion request and then click submit
Step #5: You will see this confirmation message once your deletion request has been submitted
Customer service will contact you via email to let you know once your account has been deleted.

Please email customer service at support@livestrong.com and request that your subscription be deleted. Customer services is very prompt at getting back to you. You can also delete your free account by sending an email too if you don’t want to navigate to the contact us section of the website.
