Send legal emailDeleting your Ikea account is easy. There is an easy delete link located on your account page when you log in on a computer browser. You cannot delete your Ikea account from within your mobile app. If you happen to live in a country that does not offer a delete link please contact customer service by email or chat and they will be happy to delete your account for you.
Step #1: Click here to open Ikea. If you are already logged in doing so will open your Ikea homepage.
Step #2: Scroll down on your account homepage and click the delete link
Step #3: Confirm username and profile and click delete profile
Step #4: This is the confirmation message you will receive when your profile has been deleted

Your information will be removed from the system and you will no longer be able to access your Ikea account. If you are concerned about your information and how it will be deleted please contact Ikea customer service directly through email or chat and they will be happy to assist you. Please note, Publicly visible text/images often aren’t properly removed even when you succeed in removing an account. Try editing or removing them manually before removing the account itself.
To cancel your membership, send Ikea an email at ikeafamily@89degrees.com. Be sure to include your name, email address and Ikea family card number and your request will be processed within three business days.
