Prior to deleting your account it is suggested that you check your subscription status and cancel/delete any action subscriptions or payment methods. To manage your Headspace subscription follow the steps below

Click here to open Headspace. If you're already logged in doing so will open your Headspace homepage. Click the username and profile icon on the top right.

This account has a free trial. If you are paying for an active subscription, you will be able to adjust your settings on this page.
