To delete your Headspace account you must submit a request to customer service and request deletion. Follow the step below to navigate to the contact page to submit a request.

What happens when I delete my Headspace account?

You will no longer have access to the service. Any saved settings will be deleted and you will no longer have access to your account.

Go to the account details page of your account and click on manage subscriptions. There you will able to adjust or cancel any active subscriptions. It is suggested that you cancel your subscription prior to deleting your account.
