Send legal emailTo discontinue your paid membership after the current term, you can opt out of automatic renewal any time before your renewal date. By changing to manual renewal or just canceling your payment, your account will not be charged again. On your expiration date your membership will revert to free status.
Step #1: Click here to open Classmates.com. If you are already logged in doing so will open your classmates.com homepage.
Step #2: Click gear icon on top right then *click *account from the drop down menu
Step #3: Click account and billing
Step #4: Click turn off automatic renewal under account information. If you do not see this feature then you do not have a paid account.
Please note, canceling your automatic renewal does not delete your account. It just cancels your payments. Please follow the steps on deleting your account for permanent deletion.
