Send legal emailIf you have a subscription account, just deleting your account won’t cancel the subscription. You must cancel the subscription first by following the steps below. Once this is done, you have the option of deleting the free account if you choose.
Step #1: Open settings on your IOS device
Step #2: Open Itunes & app store
Step #3: On the screen that appears, tap your Apple ID listed at the top
Step #4: Tap view Apple ID and sign in if requested to do so
Step #5: This brings you to an account settings page. Scroll down and tap the subscriptions option
Step #6: You will see a list of your current Apple Subscriptions. If you do not see Calm listed under active you are using the free version of Calm and have not activated a subscription trial.
If you don’t see Calm under active subscriptions then you do not have anything you need to cancel. If you see the Calm free trial subscription on your list, please open it. Once open you will see the Calm subscription screen. Tap the cancel subscription button. This will cancel your trial subscription.

No. The Calm app is free to download, and you will not incur any charges from downloading it or creating a calm account
No. Once you activate a free trial through iTunes, you will need to cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged for the annual subscription. Calm is not able to cancel a free trial on your behalf. Click here for more details.
If you have been charged for a subscription and no longer wish to use Calm, you can request a refund from Apple. Please note, you will need to work with Apple directly, as Calm is not able to manage in-app purchases or offer refunds on their behalf.
Once you activate a free trial through Itunes or the Google Play store, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the annual subscription.
