Did you know that companies respond to lawyers more than to their users? Have a lawyer send an email on your behalf requesting deletion.
Send legal emailTo Delete Your Blizzard account you have to contact customer service. You cannot disable the account on your own. You can contact them by emailing privacy@blizzard.com or by following the steps below to send a ticket.
Step #1: Click here to open Blizzard Customer Service. Type a deletion request (include your email address)
Step #2: Click continue
Step #3: Submit ticket
Step #4: This is the confirmation message you will receive once your request has been sent to customer service. Please check your email within 72 hours for a response
Step #5: Open your email. Click the deletion link sent by Blizzard.
Step #6: Click remove my data
Step #7: Click account, game, marketing and purchase data
Step #8: Check the box and click proceed
Step #9: Upload a government ID and click proceed
You will receive a confirmation message once your account has been deleted.

Your information will be deleted and you will no longer have access to any associated Blizzard entertainment accounts. A deleted account cannot be recovered. This option should only be used for users wishing to permanently discontinue use of their account and all associated games.
Your identification needs to be verified before your account can be deleted.
