To cancel your AdultFriendFinder subscription you have to turn off the auto-renewal feature. This will cancel your payment method. It is suggested that you turn off auto-renewal prior to deleting your account. This must be done from a computer browser, not a mobile device. Follow the steps below.

Step #1:

Open AdultFriendFinder. If you're already logged in doing so will open your AdultFriendFinder homepage

AdultFriendFinder- Turn off auto renewal. Step 1: Open AFF

Step #2:

Click the username on the top right

Step #3:

Click my account from the drop-down menu

AdultFriendFinder- Turn off auto renewal. Step 3: Click my account

Step #4:

Click billing history and credit card info

AdultFriendFinder- Turn off auto renewal. Step 4: Click billing history and credit card info

Step #5:

This screen will show your current subscriptions. Click off under auto renew. If you have no active subscriptions you will see n/a under the auto renew column

AdultFriendFinder- Turn off auto renewal. Step 5: Tur off

Now you can proceed to deleting your account
